I selected Darwin CRM because it has a user interface that is easy to use and reduce the learning pains involved when transitioning recruitment software systems. I was pleased with the way my team quickly came up to speed on how to get the most out of the system.
My initial concerns of switching cloud hosted database have proved to wrong. The initial speeds experienced were good and since the system was implemented the 1Click team have made continued adjustments that have resulted in great speed and performance.
We invested a great deal of time and money in to making some bespoke changes to the basic system. These changes were made efficiently by their development team, with the end result being a system that has been tailored to fit our recruitment process, rather than our process having to adapt to the limitations found in many recruitment CRM systems.

We were previously using a Sage Product which was too slow, hard to search and with no email integration. We looked into other providers but didn’t find them particularly easy to use or intuitive. The CRM was by far our best choice yet.
The interface is brilliant, with seamless Outlook integration and quick searching capability! We would not hesitate to recommend Darwin 1Click CRM to any fellow recruiter, and the team have been outstanding from Sales through to Delivery & Support!
The CRM software is amazing. It is going to save our recruitment department a lot of headaches and time. We needed something user friendly that would work quickly and efficiently with maximum features for storing and recovering data.

When I read through the section on their partnership with Microsoft and access to MS’s labs to continue research and development of the software, I decided to download the trial version. The interaction with the database software was excellent, and exactly what I was looking for – very user-friendly, and the appearance is similar to Outlook, so you feel as if you are on familiar territory. Navigation through the CRM was very easy to learn on my own because of the clarity and thoroughness of the KnowledgeBase.
After sales support was also very good, considering the time difference. In summary, I am very pleased with the purchase and comfortable that the support is there should anything go awry.

Out of the many systems available in the market (and having used many of them in the past) Darwin for me stood way above their competitors for a number of reasons.
The system is user friendly and uncomplicated even if you are used to other systems, and you get outstanding value with so called market leaders offering an inferior product for considerably more as well as charging for extras this beats them hands down.
On top of all this the support and guidance you receive from your account manager is informative and helpful without being too pushy and sales focused. The support team and product is fantastic and I would recommend it to any business of any size.
