Elite Leaders have appointed Darwin® – the Microsoft-developed recruitment processing software – as a Platinum database supplier for their members. From 30th June the intuitive and easy-to-use recruitment CRM software will be available to every Elite member, completely free of charge for 6 months.
The highly customisable software looks & feels like Microsoft Office, but is created exclusively for Recruiters.
The Microsoft-designed CRM is fast becoming the recruitment software of choice, with many recent customers coming on board since the release of its well publicised new version 2.
Its popularity continues abroad with new customers in Switzerland, Denmark, Australia and New Zealand going live in the last few weeks alone.
Elite members will gain additional benefits that normal customers do not receive. Each Elite member company is provided with a copy of the recruiting software completely free for 6 months.
John O’Sullivan, Managing Director of Elite Leaders, said: “We are delighted to work with Mike and his dynamic company, who have a clear passion for quality and service which is infectious and we look forward to forging a close association with them in the future.”
“As a Platinum Supplier they will join our rapidly expanding wide range of approved recruitment services suppliers who will offer our Elite members unique discounts together with Elite’s provision of membership of APSCO.”
Founder and CEO Mike Charter is no stranger to networks having previously run The Heavy Lift Group, a high quality international logistics network, whose combined member turnover exceeds a staggering $2.4billion, and includes the world’s largest shipping company and the New York Port Authority.
Solely responsible for the group’s marketing, intranet and international conferences, Mike tripled the group’s membership over a 10 year period. At the same time he built up a New Media business with customers located in 20 countries – including UK retailers, high street banks, and 2 airlines – without placing a single advertisement, instead relying on the power of referral & recommendation alone.
It’s only natural that we evolve together.Mike Charter
As well as establishing successful ventures Mike has trained in PR, written a book on SEO, and is a software & web expert who works closely with Microsoft – although with the recent success of the CRM he does not get much time for development.
Paul Jacobs, Managing Director of Elite Foundation and ex-Managing Director of Office Angels and main Board director of Adecco UK & Ireland said: “Their values are closely aligned with those of Elite, placing the member company’s interests firmly first.”
Mike Charter said: “We have a huge respect for Elite and its members, and are delighted to be recognised for this appointment. Unlike other networks Elite have established a reputation for value and quality, delivering real business benefits to UK recruitment companies. That struck a chord as we have exactly the same values – so it’s only natural that we evolve together.”
